Over the summer i had been taking care of horses. While mixing the food, we would put sunflower seeds into the concoction to make their manes shiny. So I decided to try it. In order to have better skin, get lots of sleep and eat healthy. All those greasy foods aren’t just bad for your body, ya know? Make sure to get your servings of fruits and veggies!
