Are you one of the people that lay in bed, begging sleep to come? Or not being able to focus because of exhaustion? I just recently found this, and am going to try it myself; I recommend you do the same!
The first thing is simple. Make sure that your bedroom is a place where you can relax. One way of doing this is taking some of your favorite essential oil, for instance Lavender, and having the smell fill your room. Take a cotton swab, cover it in oil and dot it on your pillow,covers, or even leave it on your nightstand. This will reduce stress, and induce sleep naturally.
Also, milk before bed works. Especially if you put to teaspoons of honey and some vanilla.
